Our ethos

We partner with founder-owned businesses not to strip them down, but to preserve what their founders built, carry that legacy forward, and show the next generation that you can build something enduring by doing business the right way.

We think AI will unlock the power of human potential and make people more impactful.

A continuation, not a restart

No changes to leadership, brand or care model in the early period. You built something that works.

Quality is non-negotiable

Clinical quality, workforce stability and local brand equity come before scale, every time.

Built to own and operate

We are not building for a quick exit. We are building a durable organization alongside the people who made it.

Approach

A four-step path to a stronger, better-supported hospice platform.

  1. 01

Partner with a strong local provider

We begin with one established hospice and work alongside management where it matters most. Leadership, brand and care model stay in place.

  2. 02

    Grow through additional partnerships

We lead direct outreach and broker relationships to add four or more providers over time, and run diligence and closing ourselves.

  3. 03

    Build a scaled, supported organization

We integrate thoughtfully over time, sharing back-office systems, hiring and payor contracts while protecting local clinical leadership and community relationships.

  4. 04

    Create long-term value together

A larger, more durable business. Owners and management share meaningfully in the upside through equity rollover and incentive structures.

Investment Focus

Healthcare first. A continuum of care, anchored in hospice.

We are starting in healthcare: a continuum-of-care platform with hospice at its center, growing selectively into palliative care, home health and other elder care services.

Our anchor vertical. Owner-led providers with strong local reputations, clinical quality and consistent operating performance, including providers in Certificate of Need states and markets with favorable supply and demand.

The next links in the continuum: services that strengthen referral relationships and continuity of care for patients and families.

Selective majority-control investments in U.S. healthcare services businesses with resilient demand and strong growth potential.

Healthcare is where we start. Over time, the same invest-and-build approach can extend to other service businesses where we can add real value.

Who we partner with

  1. 01Owner-led hospice providers with a strong local reputation and clinical quality

  3. 03Operators who care deeply about their patients, teams and community relationships
  4. 04Owners open to growth, partnership, or discussing what comes next
  5. 05Established providers, and smaller ones ready to grow beyond their current scale

Why Inspire

A partner that thinks like an owner.

Owner-minded

We think like owners, work alongside management and share responsibility in every partnership.

Transition experience

Experience supporting owner-led businesses through growth and transition.

Continuity

We keep teams, culture and the relationships that drive the business intact.

Hands-on

We build and support each business and its staff directly, alongside local clinical leadership.

Aligned

Flexible, values-aligned structures that share incentives with the owners we partner with.

How we operate

Technology that gives time back to care.

We use AI across our own sourcing, diligence, modeling and follow-up, and we plan to bring the same discipline to each partnership: faster referral response, less redundant paperwork and clearer visibility for leaders. Clinicians will stay in the loop, and our policy is to keep patient-identifiable information out of general-purpose AI tools.
